designed by Joseph Lorenzl and made in Austria circa 1930.
The bronze cold-painted silver and gold and enamelled with flowers,
her hands and head carved in ivory
mounted on an green onyx base.
Signed Lorenzl in the bronze
restoration to four fingers on the left hand.

very rarely seen.

Joseph Lorenzl is one of the most well known of the sculptors from this period.
His art deco sculptures express the newly found freedom of the between the wars period.
